Knowledge / Experience / Ability
• Ability to look at a project holistically and develop architecture and code based on a solid development methodology
• Must be passionate about design, and care deeply developing elegant user experiences.
• Experience with ground-up builds of Flash interfaces, especially Hebrew support
• Resourceful and self-motivated to keep up with latest Flash/Actionscript advancements
• Proficiency in all areas of Flash development including: Advanced Class-based Actionscript (2/3), XML, Flash Video & Audio Integration
• Experience with Flash game development, especially in the language learning space is a plus
• Knowledge of Flash-Related Technologies is a plus (Flex, Air, Flash Media & Communication Servers)
• Proficiency with graphics applications including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to create mockups and visual elements as needed.
• Proficiency with Flex, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, Django to integrate with existing code
• Experience defining user flows, interaction design and solid grounding in design principles.
• Demonstrable history of building websites that delight users, and taking ideas from mockup to functioning code.
