Confidential/Los Angeles, CAPHP Programmer with AJAX experience. Candidate will be responsible for a variety of initiatives including API Integration (Twitter & Facebook a plus). Passion for music a HUGE plus!
Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Build robust websites with an acute attention to UI, UX, and front-end design details.
• Must be a multi-faceted developer who is an expert in a LAMP environment and, is not only able to hand code HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Ajax, but also exhibits a strong acumen for frameworks such as jQuery, RoR, CakePHP, ASP.NET.
• Working knowledge of AS3 and XML a plus.
• The developer must understand high-level strategy, architecture & processes.
• The candidate must know how to integrate new processes by utilizing new technologies and languages to deliver a more efficient web product for our clients.
• Efficiency in working in a team environment while managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Meet deadlines by leading, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
• Must keep abreast of the latest technologies in the web development & computer science industries.
• Must have an acute sense of foresight in understanding the best practices and emergent technologies in terms of web development & interactive media.

Job Skills and Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of experience and a B.A./B.S in Multimedia or the Computer Sciences field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be available to work from our office in Canoga Park, CA, Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30am-5:00pm. Outsourcing is not an option.
• Must be proficient in HTML/XHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, with an intermediate understanding of Flash/AS2+.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people on and off campus.
• Critical thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
