You will be required to work out of my home office a couple times a week.- This is a startup company that is expanding too fast for our small team to cope, that is why we need you.JobsPeopleDo is a website dedicated to helping Canadian teens discover careers and get excited about secondary education. It is primarily a web-series of 5 minute show shadowing different careers from around canada by two biligual teen hosts.JobsPeopleDo will and is being used in Schools across Canada as a supplementary tool in grade 10 careers classes. We have been endorsed by the Teachers Federation, OSCA and many other governing bodies across Canada.We need a programmer that is adept at creating dynamiclly driven websites, steeped with databases and brimming with php includes.This is a massive project that is just rolling out, and you can get in on the ground floor. Here’s what we’re looking for.
- Have great skill in PHP
- Can work with database’s blindfolded
- Create dynamic pages
- have
some experience using Dreamweaver, if you have a perferred programmer
software you can use that, but some experience in Dreamweaver would be
beneficial.
- Ability to do tasks such as
- Create Contact forms, submission forms for attaching images, documents and videos.
- ability to display videos dynamically would be a big plus.
- ability to create a easy to navigate article section.
- CSS design is not needed
We are open to taking on recent graduates who have little experience to show but have the skills to do the job.Please apply before March 5th, initial interviews will be held over phone.
