The Corporate, Government and Investigations (CGI) Financial Analyst II position is a key business partner within the CGI Finance team. This position is responsible for consolidating and reporting sales information and for preparing compensation calculations for various CGI businesses, as well as other ad-hoc reporting and analysis. This position will report to the CGI Lead Analyst and is located in Eagan, MN.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare variable compensation calculations for the Risk, Fraud and Investigations (RFI), Serengeti and members of the CGI Sales and Account Management (SAM) business teams
* Maintain and provide analysis commentary on monthly sales reporting for products, sales territories and business sub-segments
* Consolidate of RFI public records sales pipeline (monthly)
* Model, calculate and complete effectiveness analysis of field sales incentive programs
* Assist with month-end financial sales and expense close processes
* Support the sales, FTE and expense annual Plan, MYR and LE processes by providing analytics and maintaining data load templates and processes
* Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis as requested

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required
* 2+ years of progressive experience with data consolidation and analysis in a medium to large sized corporation
* Highly proficient with MS Office applications, primarily MS Excel and MS Access
* Experience with SAP and Business Objects
* Excellent written, oral, analytical and technical skills
* Strong interpersonal & communications skills
* Highly motivated with ability to drive results
* Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and time pressures
