Forte'-Talent Acquisition/Englewood Cliffs, NJ, NJOur client, a global successful well-funded start-up company with an innovative video conferencing solution is looking for an experienced and intelligent Pre-Sales Engineer to support the presale process of the company's products and solutions.
The Pre-Sale Engineer leverages techniques such as demonstrations and proofs of concept in order to provide value to the customer, as well a confidence in the company's ability to deliver the proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:
Serve as functional and technical expert for products, tools and services during the sales process
Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of products
Lead all technical dialog (conference calls, onsite technical meetings, etc) throughout the sales process
Create solution designs and statements of work for prospective sales
Manage, respond, and craft responses for RFI / RFP documents
Participate and lead technical activities in the delivery of proofs of concepts
Participate in trade shows
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical related field required
At least 4+years pre sales experience.
Technical skills required:
- In depth knowledge of Digital Video products and technology (MPEG4, H.264 based). Video conferencing is a plus.
Experience with Telecom products (SIP and H.323 based)
- In depth networking topology knowledge
- Both Linux and MS OS experience
Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
Experienced in proof of concept and demonstration strategies to drive successful sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
Proven problem-solving ability in both business and technical environments.
English and Spanish: Fluent in both languages is a must.
Travel: Up to 40% , Global
