Job Description:
Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle business intelligence solutions (applications and technologies which are used to gather, provide access to, and analyze data and information about company operations) for end-to-end data warehousing and analytics.
Key responsibilities may include:
Supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Driving test planning and execution
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience implementing BI tools (i.e., Business Objects, EPM, OBIEE)
• 2+ years experience working with clients (e.g. strong relationships, influence over direction)
• 2+ years Analysis on a BI project
• 2+ years of requirement gathering
• Bachelors Degree Required
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience with OBIEE/Siebel Analytics
• 1+ year of Oracle Real Time Decisioning (RTD)
• Experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning/structuring analytical work
• 1+ year of Essbase
Professional Skill Requirements:
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
