Job Overview:
- The position requires the ability to work independently and as a team member accepting instruction and guidance from existing team members and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- The developers will be working on and building applications to the business specifications.
- The development will be upgrading/ enhancing existing applications with additional functionality in a C#/.Net environment.
- The applications will also write new access and store functionality moving from a SQL 2003 to a SQL 2008 back end, while analyzing the needs and desires of the business unit, translating those needs and desires into business development requirements and detailed specifications with which the application can be built, reviewed and accepted by the business owner.
- Redevelop and enhance existing solutions based on BRD's and be able to work with business executives to understand the requirements and detail and document said requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a senior developer with five to seven years of experience in development, crafting solutions and the ability effectively communicate with other developers and business owners.
