Yoh/Hatfield, PAYoh has a contract opportunity for an Electrical Controls Engineer to join our client in Hatfield, PA.
 
Job Overview:
This will be the primary individual for technical controls solutions supporting manufacturing, field service, and development.  The Controls Engineer will be a direct report to the Director of Engineering at this particular facility. 
 
Job Qualifications:

10-15% domestic will be required

 
Experience:

3-7 yrs, hardware and software design, Siemens PLC S7 design

 
Formal Education:

BSEE min, Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering

 
Additional Skills/ Background:

Knowledge of Mechanical or Chemical processes a strong plus
Strong Communications and proficient with MS Office software
Develop Ladder Logic diagrams
Select electrical hardware components and design hardware assemblies
Read and Develop Sequence of operations tables
Touch screen Graphic design and development
AutoCAD
Solids Modeling (Inventor/ProE/ME10) strong plus

 
Knowledge of the following Standards and Guidelines is desirable:

UFC/IFC
UBC/IBC
UL/CSA/FM
NEC
CFR 49
ANSI B31
CE/ATEX (familiarity/Compliance/TCF/EMC testing)
Semi Standards
