• Looking for senior developers who can come up to speed quickly with very little supervision. Candidates must have solid experience designing and implementing large, scalable, fault tolerant ecommerce applications with minimum of 6 years of C++, 3 years of SQL, Apache/Linux, and 2 years of Java in a mid-size team, globally cooperative environment.
Comments:
• This is not a supervisor or manager position but a hands-on development position. Candidate must love Unix or Linux environment. Candidates who have never debugged in Unix/Linux, i.e. all Windows, would not be considered. A candidate who cannot demonstrate basic C++ knowledge in a phone interview would not be considered for an onsite interview. A candidate without XML experience and basic Design Pattern knowledge in the first onsite (San Jose CA) interview would be dismissed
