Job Overview:
Client specializes in providing high-tech solutions and services that enable companies to better share, distribute, organize, and analyze information. They have a direct full time opportunity available for a Senior Analyst supporting Financial Applications within Oracle ERP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads on-going development and the support of existing business processes.
- Manages small to medium project initiatives within Oracle Financial Applications.
- Contributes to the development and delivery of presentations.
- Participates in the design of complex solutions primarily within Oracle Financial Applications.
- Leads the design and implementation of new customer projects and business programs.
- Assists in the mentoring and growing of junior business analyst resources.
Job Qualifications:
- Oracle Financial Applications experience is required.
- Minimum five years of business analyst or consulting experience with Oracle Applications overall.
- Oracle 11i & R12 experience is required.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.
- Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledgeable in relational databases and SQL.
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical related field.
- Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Independent, self-motivated.
