Yoh/Newburyport, MAYoh has a direct hire opportunity for a Training Developer join our client Varian Semiconductor Inc. located in Gloucester, MA.

(VSEA) designs, manufactures, and services semiconductor processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. Job Responsibilities:

Develops and upgrades training curriculum for classroom and web-based training.  Content is technical in nature and supports Customers and Field Engineers.
Work with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
Research and develop instructional materials for new products.

 
Job Qualifications:

Two plus years experience in curriculum development. This would include developing training guides, classroom materials and learning objectives.
Should have experience with PowerPoint, Microsoft office applications and graphics editing tools.
Good writing skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Prefer experience in a technical field
Experience with Web Based Training (WBT) authoring tools or development would be a big plus.

The above listed position(s) involves access to export controlled technology which is subject to U.S. Department of Commerce export control regulations". Otherwise qualified candidates must meet these export control requirements or a deemed export license from the Commerce Department before a final job offer can be extended.
