Job Description
We are looking for a strong, experienced, self-starting, customer service-oriented Oracle R12 Functional Business Processes Lead. Reporting to the Director of Applications you will become a core member of our clients team supporting their branches.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Conducts reviews and analysis of business and information technology processes and solicits client requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
Identifies client requirements, writes functional specifications, reviews technical designs, develops test schedules, reviews testing plans and tracks and documents the development and results of these plans.
Plans, coordinates and participates in the definition, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and support of system requirements
Maintain relationships/liaison with team members, clients and others to facilitate solutions and ensure appropriate parties are consulted in regard to proposed functionality and process changes.
Escalate issues to management and other stakeholders as required.
Ability to take enterprise perspective in the execution of assigned duties.
Support month end and year end close processes
Analyze, advise, and coordinate module processes, configuration changes, application enhancements, and recommend solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the Oracle Application.
Support financial accounting end-users
Assist in identifying, gathering requirements, and designing interfaces from 3rd party systems into Oracle applications.
Complete additional duties as required
Oracle eBusiness Suite Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite, Version R12
2-3 Full Cycle Implementation Experience
Oracle OM, AR, Customer Portals, Quotations, Shipping, Sales Contracts, Incentive Compensation
Other Experience
Oracle Transportation Management
Secondary Qualifications:
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and processes is essential
Formal training with Oracle Applications
Working knowledge of Oracle AIM templates
Business process focus and strong ability to detect and/or resolve system issues
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities/demands simultaneously, and to work independently taking ownership of duties
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively contribute to a geographically dispersed team and ability to work well with people who have varying technical abilities
Exposure to tools such as Oracle ADI, Oracle Discoverer, Golden/Toad and Oracle Metalink is desirable.
Strong customer service skills are essential
Requirements:
2+ years experience in delivery and configuration of Oracle Financials eBusiness Suite
1+ year experience with Oracle R12 software
2+ years experience in shared services
1+ year experience in multiple modules of Oracle
2+ years experience in full life-cycle projects
Up to 100% travel to client sites during the business week for deployment and as needed for production support, some travel on weekends
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Finance, with significant technical experienceApply To Job
