We are seeking a Web Developer for the B2C buy flow development team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our site as we continue to innovate and drive more sales through our channel. Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
Development of code using JSP, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript and relevant coding standards.
Application design, resolving production issues if they arise.
Working on a daily release schedule called as the daily content push.
Excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams.
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into software.
Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences.
Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal.Â
Required Skills:
3 + years of front end UI software development experience
2 + years of strong experience in JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, XSLT and basic UI - Technologies
Understand SDLC processes and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and production diagnostic skills.
Additional skills:
Knowledge of the ATG Dynamo platform and its use of beans, servlets, droplets and formHandlers
Coding for accessibility
Object oriented design experience
eCommerce application development experienceÂ
Experience with B2C projects/applications
Industry experience in Telecom/Wireless
