Title : Electro-Mechanical Technician
Position Type : 3 Months Contract To Hire
Location : Redondo Beach, CA
Full Requirement:
Solar/Battery/Precision Sub-Assembly Activity
¨ The candidate must be a high school graduate and have at minimum 2 years of experience in electro/mechanical assembly, must also have knowledge of bonding process's and must be able to use tooling and measurement equipment such as torque tools/micrometers.
¨ Must have the ability to interpret drawings, schematics and work instructions and be attentive to details.
¨ Must be able to work in a fast paced/demanding manufacturing environment.
¨ Must be proficient in written, verbal communication and computer skills.
¨ The candidate must also be able to work well in a team environment and independently.
¨ Take personal initiative to proactively serve as team motivator creating strong morale and synergy, leadership abilities and flexibility are a must.
¨ Must also be able to successfully complete company/department training courses in manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of solar array manufacturing and experience with motion control software/hardware a plus.
Must be able to pass and maintain a security clearance
