Job Summary
Serengeti Law, the legal industry's highest-rated and most widely used e-billing and matter management system, is seeking individuals with 2-5 years client of facing experience advising and managing corporate law departments about improving business operating workflows that include: financial management (AR/AP, cash flow, audit etc.), legal management (matters, managing outside counsel, managing inside counsel, rate reviews, etc) and a proven track record of implementing law department projects and solutions that improve overall operating efficiencies.
The Client Relations Manager [CRM] must form relationships with our key internal and external business partners, ensuring that all commitments and obligations for the client are met and/or exceeded throughout their implementation project by interfacing, championing and securing resources to deliver on client projects. The CRM works as a trusted legal advisor by establishing, maintaining and growing long term client relationships.
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for:
* Management of client implementation: the kickoff, system set-up and configuration, onboarding and project sign-off
* Management of schedules, deliverables, and issue tracking
* Successfully manage complex client projects from concept through implementation
* Establishing, maintaining and growing customer long term relationships (with multiple client stakeholders) and earning customer trust
* Ensuring the successful and optimum implementation and utilization of Serengeti Tracker Products and Solutions
* Assisting in the growth of Serengeti Law's and Thomson Reuters product and services business
* Becoming the customer's corporate legal operations advisor, fulfill customer service and support requirements and future add-on Serengeti Law and Thomson Reuters value (done by analyzing the client's business operations and determine goals and best ways to meet them.)
* Providing Serengeti Tracker professional technical support and trouble-shooting
* Providing trusted advisory assistance to improve legal department operations and initiatives as well as problem solve critical issues
* Initiating and participating in account planning sessions with both internal (Serengeti Law and Thomson Reuter teams) and customer's key stakeholders.

* Ensuring and creating strategic alignment within clients' organization
* Ensuring and creating solution alignment and client understanding with all the functional stakeholders of Serengeti Law and Thomson Reuters (Sales, customer support, finance, IT, operations, etc.- communicates the client's goals and represents the client's interests to the team in a timely and effective fashion)
In addition, the Client Relations Enterprise Manager is responsible for effective, timely and accurate client communications (oral and written), establishing and reviewing key performance indicators, and active positive engagement (through a variety of creative programming) between the client and Serengeti Law/Thomson Reuters.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Law Degree, required
* 2-5 years experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
* 2+ years working with an e-billing/matter management system, SaaS solution or accounting system
* Strong understanding of legal department operations
* Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization (staff, general counsel, C-Suite)
* Ability to establish, strengthen and nurture client relationships
* High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
* Strong technical (software, hardware, networks, data analytics, etc.) and legal operations competence
* Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
* Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
* Consultative and problem-solving skills
* Service oriented and a problem solver when addressing concerns
* Analysis oriented; ability to understand financial reporting needs
* Ability to upsell Serengeti Law's and Thomson Reuters product and services business
* Some travel to client sites
