East with over 1000 stores and $3.8 billion in revenue. The group has interests
in fashion, home retail and hospitality and manages 24 customer facing brands.LMG has started a mega project to revamp and modernize the

The Role

High quality content
will be a critical success factor in this project to revamp all our customer
facing websites. We believe that modern design and technology can only add
value if the content is very customer focused and relevant.Because there are so many different businesses involved, the
process of getting content will be challenging, not only in terms of quality,
but also in terms of timeliness. Also, various
different types
of content will be involved here – pictures, illustrations,
diagrams, videos, animations, written content, database content, interactive
features etc.We want an entrepreneurial professional who can define this
process, enforce it and ensure that the content flows into these sites in a
timely fashion with quality which has never been seen before in the company.Additionally, in a few months we will start work on defining
a solid social media strategy for all these brands and then want to start
serious and continuous social campaigns. We also have a corporate blog which
you will be responsible for.

Specifics

  • Participate in the information architecture
    process of every website.
  • Define the process of content collection and
    generation for each website. Making project plans for the same, holding regular
    meetings with all involved, ensuring that delivery happens in time.
  • Create content related guidelines for setting up
    clearer processes.
  • Liaise with all the brand teams to collect raw
    content and with writers & editors make this raw content web-ready.
  • Own the quality of the content that goes up on each
    of these websites.
  • Participate in the designing of the content
    management system used uploading content.
  • Own the content process and quality for our
    corporate blog.
  • Participate in the definition of the social
    media strategy for the company and then build the team and processes to make
    that a reality.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and organizational
    skills.
  • Experience in working on vast and diverse
    content projects for websites which involved coordinating with many teams.
  • Total experience of 6 to 9 years.
  • Some education or formative experience as a
    content writer would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the realities of the web
    and how it impacts content.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CMS based
    content management.
  • Extreme attention to detail.

are aiming for are the best in the web industry.In the past two years, we have revamped three websites and
started a blog. These are

The RoleWe are in the fashion and hospitality space where it is very
important to keep engaging our audience in various different ways so that the
brands have a good top of mind recall. Social media hence has become very important
for us in the past few years. Till today, the people handling the conventional marketing
channels are the ones that are also responsible for social media marketing.
This does not work because they do not have the right skills for it and also
because social media is just one thing on their portfolio.We slowly want to build a team of social media experts to
handle this, a team which will have specific experience in this and will handle
the social face of all our brands. You will probably be the first member of
this team and will start working on 4 to 5 of our brands which already have a
social presence (Citymax Hotels, Splash, Home Center…). To start with, you will
need to work closely with the marketing teams of these businesses and mention
the smallest to the biggest initiatives on social media. As we progress, we
would want you to participate in the process of defining some exclusive social
media initiatives for these brands.The bottom line is that you have to ensure that the users
have enough legitimate reasons to follow our brands on social media.
Thereafter, our goal will be to build a solid following for our brands in
social media.

Specifics

  • Keep in constant touch with the marketing teams
    of our brands to identify opportunities that can lead to social media mentions.
  • Conduct constant research on the trends on how
    other brands are using social media and bring these ideas to our campaigns
    wherever relevant.
  • Think about specific social media promotions
    (example: contests, polls etc.); convince the brand marketing teams to make
    these a reality.
  • Maintain a healthy (not very high, not very low)
    rate of posts on all social channels.
  • Reach out to and build relationships with top
    bloggers, social influencers and local community groups. Use incentives like
    gift, party/event invites and discount coupons for the same.
  • Regular monitoring & proactive reporting on
    the metrics related to our social media efforts and their impact (example: online
    conversations, tonal sentiment, viral impact, search visibility, views, reach,
    registrations etc.).

Who should apply?

  • Someone who has experience in working in social
    media or community management roles.
  • Should have genuine passion for social media and
    that should reflect with your own Twitter feed, FB page or blog.
  • Creative and proactive communication skills to generate
    new ideas and make them a reality quickly (after all social media is a very
    current & dynamic space).
  • Some education or formative experience as a
    content writer would be a plus.
  • Should have a strong understanding of the
    realities of the web and how it impacts social media.
  • Should have basic understanding of HTML and

You're a strategic and innovative web professional with a track record of analyzing, evolving and growing great web products and features. You're crazy curious about how a web product is performing, what's driving it and what's not and therefore what the focus needs to be on. You traverse the business, design and development realms with aplomb and understand the subtleties involved in combining them to deliver user-friendly web experiences. Your communication skills are top-drawer and you know how to translate user and business needs into workable and effective product solutions.

Key areas of responsibility
• Drive the complete product development cycle of strategy, production, usability testing, and implementation
• Analyze the performance of existing web products and features, recommend improvements and drive implementation from start to finish
• Define business and functional requirements for feature or enhancement requests and create clear and accurate product documentation
• Define product road maps - Identify and prioritize new site features and enhancements based on user needs and company strategy, schedule feature and enhancement releases accordingly
• Manage release versions and communicate release notes to concerned stakeholders
• Promote products through online marketing initiatives – facilitate existing campaigns, analyze campaign results, determine effective promotion strategies, refine online marketing plans and lead accordingly
• Partner with design and development resources to successfully implement product change, features or enhancements.
• Liaison between partners and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with the design and development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.
• Mentor product managers and grow the product management team as required.
• Conduct periodic product update meetings to determine progress, problems & projections; update the web and management teams accordingly

Qualifications
• A minimum of 7 years experience with at least 5 years experience as a product manager for a consumer-facing website
• Demonstrated experience building innovative web product solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing online products and projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work with a team
• Demonstrated experience in gathering product requirements and successfully implementing them as planned.
• Ability to comfortably manage relationships with multiple vendors
• Ability to comfortably manage multiple products
• Quantitative analytical abilities
