Job Description

Partnering with Service Managers, the Project Manager will create
documentation for all projects related to migrations, implementations or custom
projects from the fact finding phase to completion on the Hostopia system.

- Input and track all
projects within the MUD ticketing system including time, resources and
spend
- Follow up with the
Development and Technology departments on all outstanding MUD projects
- Consult the
Development and Technology on all major up coming projects or any projects
that require their consultation or feedback – prioritize key opportunities
- Create and modify all
custom product codes as per submitted custom product code requests using
the Product Editor Tool

- Participate in major
Partner meetings requiring development of Project Management documentation
- Represent
Partners - bring their suggestions and concerns to the proper “earsâ€
at Hostopia
- Create confidence in
the Hostopia solution and the company as a whole, encourage the expansion
of Partners' hosting business
- Assist Service
Managers with directing Partners to solutions associated with web hosting
(domain name registration, ecommerce solutions, etc.),monitoring Partner
problems – ensure all problems are resolved quickly and notify
major Partners of new features and coming improvements
- Communicate with
internal staff to ensure corporate policy reflects Partner needs
- Communicate any
relevant market information garnered from Partners to Hostopia staff
(remarks about competitors – consumer expectations, etc.)
- Provide and
co-ordinate ongoing training sessions for Service Managers and Partners

We are dedicated to accelerating our customers “time to insight.†We are looking for a driven Principal Software Design Engineer in Test who to champion and drive the security effort across our product techology stack. Key technologies for this position include Azure, HPC Server, Visual Studio and Excel. Other technologies and products included in our area of focus include compiler tooling, mathematical libraries, parallel computing, graphing, visualization and other computational and data centric technologies.

The Workbench Compute Services team charter spans client, cluster and cloud computing.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Product security champion

• Delivering overall product security test plan

• Engaging with PM and Development teams to scrutinize specifications and design, especially from a security and privacy perspective

• Assisting in developing the overall security expertise in the organization

• Finding product security defect and working with Dev and PM to find suitable solutions

• Providing the all-up security sign-off of the product

Qualification for the role should include:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• 2+ years of experience focused on software security, or security related features or products

• Ability to problem solve with appropriate data structures and algorithms through coding in a language such as C/C++ or C#

• String communication skills and comfort with working across team and product boundaries

• A BS or MS degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related

Partner with Xbox and advise how .NET can support their entertainment strategy.
