The Microsoft implementation of SAP is a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP R/3, SCM(APO), GTS, and BW from SAP AG and SQL Server, Windows .NET Server and Exchange from Microsoft Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that are motivated to grow their careers in SAP and Microsoft technologies. The individual hired for this position will implement SAP system solutions for Financial business processes. As part of the SAP-Financials team, the individual may focus in the following areas: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC), Profitability & Cost Management (PCM) as well as integration points with Convergent Charging/Convergent Invoicing(CC/CI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Project Systems (PS) modules of R/3 and all related infrastructure that enable Microsoft's eCommerce financial exchanges with partners. This individual will be responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of enterprise business processes, ranging from Corporate Finance, OEM, Volume Licensing, Entertainment & Devices, Digital Distribution, Services, and OLM/OPSVI.

Deliver excellent solutions and service to internal customers and partners.
Position is responsible for:
Project Planning, Managing Projects to SDLC-“Packaged” Milestones, Budget, Resource and Vendor Management
Working with partners in the Solution Delivery (SD) organization to gather business requirements
VROM and ROM activities related to Projects
Create functional specifications
Conduct specification reviews
Partnering with the SAP development and test team
Configuration of the SAP R/3: FI/CO, BPC, PCM systems
Knowledge transfer and production hand-over to partners within the Support Organization
Developing strong collaborative relationships with business partners, local and regional IT teams to deliver solutions to the business.
Developing strong collaborative relationships with local and regional SAP ABAP development and test team to evaluate and implement new functionality on a quarterly or project milestone basis
Unique Job Responsibilities:
Candidates should have expertise in several of the following areas.
Primary functional experience in SAP R/3 FI, CO.
Secondary functional experience in SAP R/3 BPC, PCM, PS, MM, SD, EDI, BW
Technical Background: ABAP Programming
Program management - Managing large scale, multi-million dollar projects, processes, service, and technology decisions.
Qualifications Should Include:
A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated implementation experience in SAP (including configuration) and program analysis and program management for large enterprise systems.
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field preferred.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support.
Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem resolution, analysis and customer service skills required. Must have ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making
