LEAMgroup is looking for software developers experienced with web service technologies. We are currently building web applications on top of the open source Plone content management system (CMS). Our application is used by government planning organizations to present, review and discuss issues related to urban development and its impacts.
In addition to CMS capabilities, our application uses high performance computer models and geographic information systems (GIS) to analyze and display model results. Experience with GIS would be a definite plus but not essential for a candidate willing to learn new technologies. The candidate’s primary responsibility would be enhancing current capabilities and developing new features within the Plone system.
