ActionScript/Flash Video Programmer (Flatiron)

HealthiNation, a fast-growing health TV network producing original video programs for broadband and cable television, seeks an experienced ActionScript Flash Video programmer to upgrade its core video player. This is an opportunity to work closely with a highly capable team in a busy start-up media company that has a passion for health and a work-hard, play-hard environment.

Candidate should be a college graduate with exceptional event driven programming skills in ActionScript, Javascript, and minimum two years of experience working within the technical ecosystem of broadband video publishing – web video players, programming interfaces, advertiser integration, content management, and data reporting. Must be detail oriented, with very strong organizational, writing and communication skills; a can-do attitude, and strong people skills.

This position requires at least two solid years of experience with ActionScript, Javascript, Google Analytics, Omniture, comScore Video Metrix, and other reporting platforms.

Also highly desirable: Experience with HTML5 Video..
