Agency Fusion: Web Designers and Web Developers

(Anywhere) Agency Fusion is a small interactive shop with too much work for too few people. We're all about work/life balance so we need to extend our resource pool a bit so that our employees have time for skiing, climbing, family, etc.
We're looking for designers and developers who are web-focused. To be candid, we're not interested right now in anyone who doesn't already have a solid portfolio of work. We need people who can handle big projects and don't need to be micro-managed.
If you're interested, please send us examples of your best work. Initially we're looking for freelancers, but the right people will find a permanent home here if they're interested.
