Art Direction and Web Graphics (Bangalore and Anywhere)

We are a start-up based in US (currently working in Bangalore) looking for a couple of VERY creative, dedicated designers to provide immediate help on our project. Post: Web Artist Salary: (Negotiable) We need designers who have unique innovative vision in making art and design for websites. We need web artists who have designing skills and artistic sense at par (in the least) with the designs of websites like www.dailybooth.com, www.meomi.com, www.adhemas.com. We need someone who can put complex ideas onto a webpage and make it look simple by any digital means. We prefer designers who have made websites(among other things) with unique design/graphics. Skills required- Strong designing skills in Photoshop(necessary ), Illustrator(preferred), Fireworks(preferred). Very creative in conceptualizing and designing a Web 2.0 design and designing elements for it. No coding experience required. You will need excellent aesthetic sense of digital artwork and/or photography to qualify. We need an innovative, creative designer to think out of the box in putting together web design, graphics and other elements to create a simple yet “wow” look for our project website. Please send your Resume\Work experience to contact email address with a cover letter.
