Yoh/Albuquerque, NMYoh has a contract opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our client in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Possession of or the ability to obtain a DOE Security Clearance is required as a condition for employment.
Job Overview:
As the Software Engineer, this position is critical to the success of the Department of Energy program. The Software Engineer wil be a part of a fast paced team of diverse information technology professionals in support of a classified program at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque New Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess an understanding and love of the Agile software engineering methodology with a passion for Scrum. 
- Work in a secure development environment and should be capable of developing new skill sets as required. 
- Develop software in a secured environment.
- Develop new skill sets. 
- Possess communication and leadership skills are required for the successful applicant.
- Take an active role in the entire product development process from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of ASP.NET, C# experience
- Minimum 5 years object oriented design and development experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining relational databases.
- SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008
- A Department of Energy "Q" security clearance *  (see notes, they will sponsor) see Desired.

Preferred Job Skills / Education / Experience:

- Bachelors Degree in IT-related field or equivalent education and experience combination
- IIS administration and security
- UML design
- Non-cleared candidates meeting all requirements listed above may be processed for a DOE "Q" security clearance
