Leota Professional Resources/Herndon, VAThis position develops and documents business requirements. Critical functions are to:
> create quality business requirements by drawing information from appropriate
> players and stakeholders, defining solutions to business problems, creating
> business process maps of business functions, creating a business data
> dictionary. This position acts as a bridge between business and technology
> and participates in the software development lifecycle by participating in
> the project from concept to deployment.

> Skills and Requirements:
> Minimum 7+ years of experience.
> Excellent analytical and business requirements writing skills, the ability
> to understand and analyze complex issues.
> Must have the ability to work independently on tasks under aggressive
> deadlines. Be able to execute on multiple assignments and/or projects of
> high complexity.
> Excellent leadership and influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional
> teamwork in a fluid environment.
> Broad knowledge of mortgage industry. Knowledge of the secondary mortgage
> market.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills,
> and demonstrated presentation skills.
> Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as DOORs and Visio.
> Proficiency using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access,
> Project) is required. Strong working knowledge of web applications
> desirable.
> Commitment to operational discipline and continuous improvement. Follow all
> procedures and processes in development of business requirements and project
> support.

This is a pure BA position located in Herndon, VA with lots of UAT testing experience. The focus is on business testing, data analyst roles requiring reconciliation, transformation/mapping, UAT execution and issue remediation, test planning and test case development.

This is a senior position—highly skilled requiring at least 10 years of experience.Apply To Job
