Creative Flash Developer With Good Graphic Design Skills (USA)

Creative flash developer with good graphic design skills to design and build custom presentations for a cutting edge Flash-based communication technology. Must be creative, great with typography, motion, story-telling, and know the ins-and-outs of Flash & AS2. The project consists of a series of flash files with an embedded, proprietary component that communicates with our technology. These presentations must be lively, engaging, and entertaining from start to end, and the ideal candidate will know how to create high quality visuals from a provided script with limited supervision. Marketing experience helpful.  Knowledge of AS3, advanced javascript, a plus.Requirements- Adobe Flash CS3+, intermediate to advanced AS2 (AS3 a plus) and animation- Graphic design skills, knowledge of typography, shape, color and advanced layout principles- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or comparable vector application)- Able to commit a minimum of 20-30 hours per week to this project- Able to communicate in off hours with over-seas teams (by appointment)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Helpful, but not required:- HTML/CSS- Advanced Javascript- Audio/Visual production- Experience working with the YouTube API
