Creative Production Manager (Los Angeles)

Position: CREATIVE Production Manager

Description:

The Creative Production Manager (CPM) will act as the team project manager to execute key concepts for both internal and external clients. You will directly contribute to project design and development, while delegating some day to day projects and responsibilities to other designers. You can also expect to conceptualize and execute projects for potential clients, prospects and partners. You should be passionate about designing, creating and solving design challenges. Your proactive approach to creative problem solving will be essential to the success of your team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generating new concepts and creating new ads and projects for clients

• Gathering and analyzing campaign reports to determine the most efficient ads

• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients

• Directly contributing to project design and development

• Delegating daily creative responsibilities to team of designers as needed

• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• BA/BS degree

• Excellent organizational skills with particularly strong attention to detail

• Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines for a project from start to finish

• Strong experience in Macromedia Flash and ActionScript 2 and 3

• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML

• Solid understanding of interactive media, Flash banner function and other emerging technologies

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Ability to build strong working relationships with others

Preferred:

• Thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining positive attitude

• Passion for design and eagerness to mentor and elevate with other creative people

• Ability to make evaluative judgments
