DIGITAL PRODUCTION/ MARKETING MANAGER Crossborders is a New York City based digital content studio. We design, develop & produce unique experiences through social media, marketing, & branded content for consumers wherever their digital touch points may be.  Position Overview:Crossborders is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Digital Producer/Project Manager to join the team. The Digital Producer/Project Manager is a senior-management-level role that will initially report to the COO. This position will serve as a leader for the functionality of and communication through our website, as well as the nucleus for all the company’s online marketing activities. The Digital Producer/Project Manager should constantly set a standard of excellence and unapologetically seek perfection.The Digital Producer/Project Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated online marketing strategy across all Crossborders client roster. S/he must have experience managing a broad spectrum of programs, including (but not limited to) pay-per-click, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, social networking, retargeting campaigns, permission-based email marketing and blogs. Additionally (and maybe most importantly in the first year), the Digital Producer/Project Manager will be responsible for managing our biggest client and be responsible for, among other things, its design, functionality, and messaging products, as well as the day to day point of contact. The Digital Producer/Project Manager must demonstrate strong leadership skills and motivate a team of employees and external vendors.POSITION SUMMARY 

  • Lead Web development projects, manage client relationships, and collaborate with design and development staff 
  • Organize and manage resources, schedules, and documentation to keep projects on time and budget 
  • Work with Technical lead and vendors to create development strategy and project requirements 
  • Create site maps, use cases, and wireframes 
  • Work with technical groups to write project documents including scoping, testing, QA, and service plans that can be delivered to the client 
  • Communicate with creative, technical, account, and management effectively 
  • Work with New Business team to develop budgets, schedule, and staffing plan for new projects 
  • Online Media (Video, Display) campaigns, online Direct Response campaigns (Affiliates, CPL, CPA), Mobile campaigns
  • Spearheads advanced campaign management techniques such as automated optimization or advanced segmentation.
  • Continually researches new partnerships and digital marketing techniques
  • Performs daily analysis of all campaign performance and makes necessary optimizations. Designs campaign experiments for optimization and presentation to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS 

  • 3+ years of agency experience leading Web development projects and managing client interaction 
  • Solid command of information design and architecture and how it supports the user experience; must have experience creating site maps and wireframes 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Organized and capable of directing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written 
  • Thorough understanding of custom application and content management system development 
  • Experience working within a content management system environment 
  • Familiarity with search and website usage analytics 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS, Flash Development, ActionScript Cold Fusion, and other Web technologies 

Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field and/or equivalent education required.
  • Five to seven years digital marketing experience required with one to three years supervisor/people management.
  • Background with digital marketing for a consumer continuity (subscription) product or service; financial services experience a plus.
