Development Manager / Yoh / Charlotte, NC
Yoh/Charlotte, NCYoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a Web Development Manager to join our client in Charlotte, NC.
 Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in multiple web programming languages and development tools.
- Manages front and back end tasks, protocols and procedures.
- Attends requirements gathering meetings with different business units.
- Provides technical guidance to team as well as business units.
- Converts project requirements to technical requirements and assigns various subtasks to the appropriate web development team members.
- Provides project estimates and Gantt charts to senior management.
- Tracks progress of projects, providing reports to senior management and clients.
- Detail oriented as it relates to communications, project tasks and accountabilities.
- Enforces coding and documentation standards and procedures.
- Documents, communicates, and enforces operating procedures.
- Advises senior management on revenue opportunities using web technologies.
- Manages new and emerging technology solutions.
 Job Qualifications:
- Must be an expert in HTML, DHTML, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, and .NET/C# technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of open source PHP frameworks, MySQL and associated technologies.
- Experience with writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, advanced SQL queries, and schema definitions.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows NT, Windows 2003, .NET framework, IIS 4 or greater, JAVA and experience creating COM objects and DLL's.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, T-SQL, Sybase, and SQL Server.
- Experience with recognized industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques .
- Proven track record of delivering quality, mission critical, enterprise systems.
