YOUR MISSION:
As the Director of Sales, North America you will be responsible for aggressively growing the client base and managing existing national accounts with top agencies and clients directly. This is a very senior individual contributor role with amazing growth potential both financially and professionally. Only candidates with the necessary qualifications (see below) will be considered. Base compensation and commission are highly competitive and commensurate with experience and contacts. The position is based in New York City.
YOUR PROFILE:
> 7+ years of selling experience in the digital media industry
> 2+ years selling into all or one of the following: CPG, Beauty, Electronics
> Current working relationships with decision makers at A-list advertising agencies
> Current working relationships with brands (in the above mentioned verticals)
> Top performing seller at your current or most recent position
> Avid user of social media tools both professionally and personally
> Keen understanding and appreciation for the value of social media and UGC for marketers
> Highly entrepreneurial and resourceful
