Yoh/San Francisco, CAYoh has a direct hire opportunity for an EMR Help Desk Analyst to join our client in San Francisco, CA.
Job Overview
This position is responsible for Service Desk Support of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and applications, specifically Flowcast, IDX Bar and Scheduling applications, and Touchworks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience support EMR or other clinical software applications.
- Candidate must have experience supporting Flowcast, Allscripts Touchworks, and IDX applications in a healthcare environment preferably supporting physicians.
- Citrix is highly desirable.
- Experience troubleshooting the product issues.
- Experience configuring products to Doctor's needs.
- Experience with call tracking software.
- Position requires a strong understanding of systems and applications with the ability to develop and apply system solutions to operational requirements.
- Able to translate operational and system processes into clear instructions and or explanations.
- Must have good communication skills and excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Must be self driven and work well in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree with equivalent technical competency.
