This position is for full-time employment, and we are looking to hire long term.
This job will be geared toward you if you are just out of school or close to graduating
and don’t have a lot of professional programming experience.

Job Requirements

  • You have (or will have) a bachelor’s degree in a programming-related field (computer
    science, etc.).
  • You enjoy coding and solving problems.
  • You are ambitious and driven to learn new things.
  • You like to finish what you start. “Halfway” isn’t in your vocabulary.
  • You are known for being exceptional at whatever it is you’ve done in the past.

You’ll Stand Out More If You...

  • Are familiar with any of the following: Visual Studio, TSQL, .NET, jQuery, HTML,
    or CSS
  • Read programming blogs/books or have your own blog/website about coding-related
    things
  • Have work experience that demonstrates tenacity

What Will You Work On?

You will be creating/maintaining websites that deliver valuable business solutions
to a large collection of customers, both internally and externally. Our websites
are built using ASP.NET and VB.NET on the latest servers and systems. Along with
that, you’ll get to do a lot of cool stuff in things like C#, SQL, CRM, HTML, CSS,
Telerik, and jQuery. And don’t worry—we have a different team for hardware/network
support, so you can focus on doing what you love instead of getting saddled with
an extra part-time job as a network admin.

What Will You Learn?

You’ll be mentored by our team of developers and dig deep into the tools and technologies
we use here. Instead of working on code widgets with no idea of what the big picture
is, you will be working with larger chunks of technology or entire sites that are
big enough to highlight the value of your contribution. Additionally, you will learn
a lot about the real values behind the best practices you use on a daily basis.
