We are growing fast and need to expand our team of talented ETL Developers. We're looking for individuals that have a genuine interest in technology and proven ability to get things done.
Responsibilities:
•Work with the business analysts to identify and understand source data systems.
•Map source system data to the data warehouse, data marts or operational data store models.
•Develop and test extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes.
•Develop and manage ETL standards for SSIS package development, testing/QA and deployment
•Define and capture metadata and rules associated with the ETL processes.
•Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business requirements.
•Run Proof of Concepts to assess strategic opportunities and future data extraction/integration capabilities.
•Support a highly effective web analytics platform.
•Provide support to the QA team to ensure data quality.
•Support a team that creates ad-hoc and scheduled reporting and analytic requests.
Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 4 years direct work experience.
•Demonstrated ability with SSIS ETL tools.
•Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, technologies, and best business practices.
•Strong knowledge of relational database management systems and data warehousing. This includes logical modeling, physical database design, data sourcing and data transformation, data loading, data cleansing, and end-user tools.
•Experience with database design applications, including Visio and Erwin.
•A strong background with software development lifecycles, including familiarity with Agile and iterative development.
•Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills.
•Have a collaborative work style with strong desire to work in dynamic, fast paced environment that requires flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
