Fashion Optical Seeks Part Time in House Graphic Artist w/Web Exp. (Oak Lawn/Uptown)

Fashion Optical one of the highest volume and fastest growing opticals in Dallas-Ft Worth is seeking a part-time Graphic Artist/Web Site Manager for our store and soon for the release of a brand new womens sunglass collection designed by the Owner which has been featured pre-release in Esquire Magazine.

Experience required in updating and maintaining two web sites, one of which is e-commerced based and is fully functioning but requires product updates and the other is more of practice only web site which is mostly information but does have an e-commerce component in it.

It's critical this position be performed in house and not outsourced as it may quickly become full time as the mGIANNI line takes off nationally. The ideal candidate has successful experience in both web site HTML code, web site maintenance experience and a solid track record of producing high end and/or fashion related graphic arts using including Adobe and other pertinent arts programs. We pride ourselves on having the very latest in all graphic arts programs to assist the ideal candidate in creating only the very best! We are NOT seeking to totally make over our web sites just to update them on a daily/weekly and as need basis!

Experience in both page layout and design and billboard design is preferred and would be ideal. This is an perfect position for someone who has the maturity for time, and who can manage their time wisely and efficiently! A strong sense of meeting deadlines is crucial as well as the ability to proof, spell check and edit your own work before submitting it for final approval to management. maximizing the productivity as well as quality of their work.
