With a heavy focus on artistry and collaboration, Fitzpatrick & Prince has in-house designers, photographers, and videographers who work together to uniquely market each property. Because of its heavy focus on media and innovation, the company needs a website that matches its convictions for new, creative ideas.
That’s where you come in.
The website has already been designed in Photoshop - down to the exact pixel - and is in need of an excellent coder to create the template within the Joomla CMS (mainly because desired components/plugins require the Joomla CMS). You don’t have to have any design skills (though its always a plus) - you just need to be a coding genius very familiar with Joomla.
JOB FUNCTIONS• Code website and custom modules while maintaining cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility• Work efficiently on multiple aspects of the Joomla platform within tight deadlines.• Code the template in the fastest loading, most SEF way• Keep in regular communication with Marketing Manager through email or phone
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• At least 2 Joomla websites coded (please send links)• HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, JQuery
SKILLS REQUIRED• Joomla CMS familiarity (custom modules must be coded)• Advanced CSS knowledge• Javascript knowledge• Eye for detail (Must match PSD files)• Knowledge of how to code a fast loading, search engine-friendly Joomla site• Fluent and well spoken in the English language• Consistently quick communication and response
