Freelance PSD Website Designer (Minneapolis)

Looking for talented PSD graphic designer freelancers for contract work – local twin cities based company. Wanting to establish long term relationship for many projects. Typical projects will consist of main site design and sub page that will eventually be transformed to a WordPress website. Location is not important, but absolutely must be English speaking. Must be experienced in Photoshop preparing layered PSDs. Willing to consider students, but portfolio must be high quality.
