Requirements:
We're looking for a Front-End Developer with a Design background. Here are the technologies we use. The more you know, the better your chances of fitting in here. If you don't know these, tell us what technologies are currently at your fingertips and why you like them:
* Modern design technique: We often build blingy web 2.0 type cues in the work. You know, rounded corners, drop shadows, reflections and flare, a good eye in using machine type for maximum effect.
* Illustrator / Photoshop - You should be up on the latest design tools and be great at extracting assets, matching color palettes, grabbing fonts and integrating artwork into apps and browsers.
* Flash, Actionscript 3, Flex 4, Air - Flash is an integral part of building rich internet applications, some animation experience is desired.
* Javascript / JQuery - Front-end UI should always have clean, cross-platform, crossbrowser Javascript
* CSS - Your HTML and Stylesheets should be crystal clear to read and work everywhere (except maybe IE 6). Knowledge of HAML/SASS and Ruby on Rails is a big plus.
