* JavaScript/jQuery ninjas who are also well-versed in front-end markup
* Cross-site scripting expertise
* Experience with high traffic & dynamic web apps
* Familiarity with agile development cycles & rapid prototyping
* Pluses for: templating/JSP/JSTL knowledge + previous plugin authoring

What you'll do:
* Architect and implement complex AJAX & JSONP user experiences
* Create high quality, cross-browser compatible (incl. IE 6) XHTML/CSS out of Fireworks & Photoshop mocks
* Optimize and fine tune our applications for maximum performance, speed, and stability
