Graphic Designer Looking for a Programmer

I have an established graphic design business, and need a good reliable freelance programmer to expand business. I have a job need to be started immediately.

Perfect candidate would be a programmer who consciously chose a freelance lifestyle. Over 5 years of working experience necessary. The person has to be responsible and responsive as we need to correspond frequently at times. Communication skill is also crucial. Compensation will be per project basis, not hourly rate (you have to quote prior to a project starts).

Required Skills:

• Build a functional site from a prototype

• Strong experience with Llinux, Apache, MySQL, PHP

• E-commerce systems

• Experience working with JavaScript, HTML. CSS, AJAX

• Flash with AS2/AS3
