• Accountable for managing team of 9 direct reports and a global team of 12 associates

• Responsible for career and performance management of 9 associates, including: performance assessment, competency assessment, training/development, and compensation actions

• Direct leadership and facilitation of restoration efforts for all high severity and high impact incidents in a 24/7/365 environment

• Responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with infrastructure teams and business partner stakeholders

• Lead/perform proactive problem management and incident trending to eliminate future incidents. Participate in root cause analysis meetings, gathering lessons learned

• Maintain open communications with user management keeping them aware of operational situations that may impact their respective areas

• Review operating key performance indicators of computer operations resources utilization and performance

• Manage and implement IT/IS projects and provide ongoing support and maintenance for infrastructure

• Manage Hardware\Hypervisor related aspects for 4000 servers

• Responsible for managing key vendors HP, Vmware, ETC.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field\experience

• 3 Years Management experience

• 7 Years in Server management technology area

• 3 Years managing large virtual environment

• Experience with ITIL or MOF Methodologies

• Experience managing a distributed workforce both domestic and international

• Experience with data center migration\transition activities

• Experience with IT processes\techniques for merger, acquisition and divestitures
