Help applying new design to HostPay template... (UK Preferably. Will consider elsewhere.)

Hi Everyone, I would like someone to take my design and apply it to a hostpay template, taking hostpay from the default template, turning it into my design and insuring the system is working and ready for customers to use. heres a bit more info…I have signed up to be a reseller on heart internet and they use a payment system called HostPay.I have the domain all set up and have installed a hostpay template to it.I have a complete new look and design i want to use which i can provide in a PSD – HostPay is completely customisable, I’m a graphic/web designer, but i don’t have time to spend figuring it all out and changing the design and i would like to get this up and running asap.I have put 100-500 but I’m not sure how much this will be. Great if its within this budget, but if its more then just let me know.The most important thing, I would like to work with s developer who has had experience with HostPay before and has done a very similar job. Failing that, I would like a reputable freelancer or company to help which has a good few years of experience and a strong developer portfolio.If you could send me links to your previous work, a little bit about yourself (including location) and of course a quote for the work, that would be great.Thanks
