I AM IN NEED OF WEB DEVELOPER WITH SEARCH ENGINE TALENT (LOS ANGELES)

I am looking to hire a web developer for my new screenplay coverage website that I am conceiving. I already have a deal in place with the Austin Film Festival for sponsorship. I'm working with Godadday.com but their rates are a little high. I admire their professionalism as well as their warranties, but I know that there are cheaper alternatives. I'm most interested in search engine optimization. This is very important to me. Internet real estate as I like to call it. I'm leary on using google adwords only because I have heard bad things about them.

I want to hear your search engine strategy as well as a quote. I'm looking to develop a maximum eight pages in conjunction with the site. I also want to link my paypal account to the site as the form of merchant payment.

This is very much a paying gig. I don't know why craigslist won't let me click the "pay" option.
