Duration 6 months
Location: Lake Forest, IL.
This individual must have strong experience in information risk management and have led and supported assessments in large organizations. They will have knowledge of an industry accepted risk assessment methodology and risks related to system resiliency and regulatory compliance.
This individual must have the ability to work directly with lines of business to understand the impact a technology disruption has on the business. This information must then be translated into a risk rating for the technology and prioritized list of systems based on the risk level.
Skill Set:
• Experienced in working with cross functional teams consisting of both information technology and business individuals
• Led and supported information risk assessments for large organizations.
• Strong technical background in a broad range of technologies
• Ability to work directly with the business to identify the business impact of the technology identified for upgrade or replacement.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations (e.g. FDA, HIPAA, SOX, PCI)
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
• Identify potential risks using widely accepted risk assessment methodologies
• Industry certification preferred (CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CCSP)
