Javascript/jQuery Developer (Midtown)

CipherHealth is a fast-paced funded technology startup located in Midtown. CipherHealth is developing CipherVoice, a web-based, automated messaging platform designed to improve patient/provider communication through the use of outbound phone calls, text messages and emails. We are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual able to help us with the following:

* front-end website development

* performing quality assurance tests to validate development work

* performing bug fixes as needed

You will be working closely with our Chief Technology Officer. This freelance/contract position will develop into a long term position with the company if the fit is right.

Requirements:

* Candidate must be located in the NYC area and willing to work a reasonable amount of time in our office.

* Significant experience with JavaScript development

* Significant experience with jQuery

* Experience with hand-coded CSS, HTML

* Python experience is a big plus

* Experience with Zope is a big plus

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and put in hours on nights/weekends as needed

* Ability to voice your opinion and suggest alternatives

* Ability to visit our office to meet our team and let us buy you lunch
