Job Summary:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining and customizing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and a SharePoint installation.
Job Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and modify the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
Integration into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Define business requirements to develop and implement solutions
Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Configure the application to meet requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
Define business requirements to developing and implementing solutions
Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Prepare requirement specifications and design documents
Provide Support to CRM users
Design review with other team members
Provide training to peers on CRM.
Design and develop intranet and internet portals using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
Assist in developing the strategy for optimal use of SharePoint and other collaborative tools within the organization.
Create, maintain and train as necessary on new 2007 enterprise solutions.
Help define requirements for new integrated service oriented solutions using MOSS 2007.
Assist in deploying enterprise document management, search and collaboration techniques.
Initiate flexible and customer focused workflow and electronic forms-driven solutions.
Participate in the implementation of all SharePoint Collaboration tools.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Proven track record for developing applications for Dynamics CRM together with experience of developing web applications, web services and .Net applications.
Experience developing within Dynamics CRM 4.0 Software Development Kit (SDK), Object oriented programming,.Net 3.5, ASP.Net, C#, SharePoint, MS SQL Server, Web Services, Designing
2-4 years Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) work experience.
3+ years development experience in portals and workflow solutions.
Microsoft SharePoint Server 2003 or 2007.
SharePoint Designer 2007 and electronic forms.
InfoPath 2003/2007.
Developing and delivering reports using SSRS / SQL Server Reporting Services.
Additional skill set includes:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time frames.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
