Yoh/Canada (Sacramento, )Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MS Excel Data Analyst with Electronic Health Record experience to join our client in Sacramento ,CA.
Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze Electronic Health Records in MS Excel for duplicate patient records and determine whether to merge records or identify records as the same person by reviewing demographic or other system data.
- Review duplicate reports
- Log into healthcare systems to analyze patient records and perform appropriate resolution activity
- Update MS Excel worksheet with completed activities for reporting progress

Job Qualifications:

- Familiarity with ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer and proficiency in MS Excel)
- Electronic Health Record Experience and/or Healthcare System knowledge is required
