Need iPad/iPhone app writer

Need an experienced, certified iPhone/iPad app writer to write an app similar to Goodreader, containing the following components:

1. ftp client which can connect via a WiFi network to a PC or Mac that has an ftp server

2. ability to download files from the web, and web based email like gmail.com

3. ability to upload files to DropBox.com

4. ability to manage PDF files by naming them and renaming them and being able to delete them

5. ability to view and read PDF file

6. I also need you to get this approved by Apple and get the app on their app store.
