REQUIREMENTS

> Jr Developer: 3+ yrs exp
> Mid-Level Developer: 5+ yrs exp
> Sr Developer: 8+ yrs exp

-- SDLC Programming experience (JavaScript, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
-- Design pattern experience (ie. Model View Controller or MVC, IoC, Repository, etc.)
-- Agile development experience (ie. Scrum or Extreme Programming)
-- Testing Frameworks knowledge (ie. NUnit, Moq)
-- Best Practices knowlege (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.)
-- TeamCity and scripting experience (MSBuild, PowerShell, Ruby, etc.)

ROLE
-- Design, development, testing, and implementation
-- Primary technical point of contact
-- Production application support
-- Maintain current knowledge of trends (ie. .NET, SOA, web services)
-- Build partnerships in a team oriented environment
