Online Fundraising Production Associate, Part Time/Freelance
THIRTEEN, New York's flagship public television station, is looking for someone with experience in online fundraising, and direct and interactive marketing to assist with the organizations expanding online fundraising and promotion efforts. This new part-time Online Fundraising Production Associate position will assist the Production Coordinator and the department as a whole in the production of emails, forms, graphics and images. Ideal candidates have graphic design and HTML skills, and experience working with the Convio eCRM application.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in producing eNewsletters and email appeals, fundraising, ecommerce and giveaway forms, and survey and other landing pages;
Assist in identifying and editing images and graphics for use online;
Assist in the maintenance of tracking source codes;
Qualifications
At least 1 year relevant online production experience;
Proficiency in Photoshop to produce graphics for emails and the web;
Proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver and other HTML production software;
History of quickly mastering complex production tools;
Ability to perform detailed work with meticulous accuracy;
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively on a close-knit team;
Preferred candidates will have:
Preferred experience with Convio or similar eCRM systems;
Ability to work with Flash and Wordpress a plus;
Experience in online marketing and fundraising;
Solid foundation in online design principles and good sense for effective image and graphical selection.
