Oracle Programmer/Analyst 4 - ORCL Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years of experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems Knowledge/Skills: In-depth knowledge of software, documentation, utilities and program scripts, • Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting, preferred
• Financial or Accounting knowledge and experience, preferred

KEYS:

Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) experience in an Oracle 10gR2 environment is preferred. Other ETL tools experience will be considered if used in an Oracle environment and the candidate demonstrates strength in the tools and the ability to rapidly learn OWB.

• For OWB, the candidate must demonstrate an understanding of each of the OWB tool components

• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and package development and debugging – TOAD experience is a plus , • Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting, preferred
