Position Description:
Were seeking a talented Product Coordinator to support our e-commerce advertising product. The ideal candidate has a background that includes a mix of business and technical experience, working in the e-commerce or online media/advertising/technology space. The job requires excellent problem solving abilities, as well as organizational and project management skills.
This position involves the following key responsibilities:
Coordinating day-to-day tasks, projects and issues for the product.
Interfacing with assigned clients in response to support inquiries or by providing training to end-users.
Fielding and responding to product issues, both technical and business-related, as reported by both clients and internal staff.
Creating Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and product training materials.
Perform product QA (Quality Assurance), both ongoing or during product releases, and recommending solutions to both clients and internal technical staff.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline is required.
2-5 years experience. Exposure to e-commerce, online media or web technology is preferred.
A technical background that enables him/her to interact easily with developers.
Ability to interface with external clients and customers, both verbally and via email.
Self-directed and comfortable in ambiguous environments that require continual learning and inquiry.
A precise attention to detail as well as strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong problem solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of the following is highly desirable, but not required: SQL, HTML, JavaScript.
